If you would like to return your StreamLine box for any reason, please fill out the form below and follow the instructions below. If you do not follow all of the instructions, we will not be able to accept your return.
It is our goal to help you rather than have you miss out on all the benefits StreamLine has to offer.

If you paid by credit card, your card charges will be reversed within 7 business days of receiving the StreamLine box back. If you paid by cash or check, you will be mailed a check to the address on the form within 30 days of receipt of accepted product. Any customer that returns a StreamLine box will not be able to purchase a new box for 30 days after they have submitted the form for a refund.
In order to return your StreamLine Box, you will need to follow the below guidelines.
- You must fill out a RMA Form located under the Support Tab on our website at www.StreamLineTV.com
- You must return the StreamLine box within 30 days of purchase date showing on the order.
- You must have the original outside packaging in like new condition.
- Your StreamLine box must be in perfect physical condition.
- Your box must have all the hardware it came with in new condition. This includes the HDMI cable, a working remote, the power cord and StreamLine box.
- A print out of your receipt with the order number.
- All accessories, cords, remotes or anything given to you at purchase must be returned as well.
- Due to the nature of Remotes & Keyboards being subject to drops, fall damage, or other such damage, remotes and keyboards are not covered under our warranty. Any problems must be reported within 30 days of purchase, refunds will only be issued on individual purchase of accessories if they are reported and returned within 30 days of receipt, with no physical damage & with all included items and packaging in like new condition.
- Shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Lost or misplaced packages are not our responsibility and it is your responsibility to have proof of delivery in case we do not receive the return.
- If you are returning your StreamLine box for a refund, the shipping and handling charge is not refundable.
You will receive a refund on the cost of goods and tax only.
After you fill out the RMA Form, you will receive an Return Authorization Number which must be included with your Return for Tracking,
along with the shipping address for the return to be sent to.
Return Shipping costs for replacements after 90 day:
If you are returning your StreamLine box for a Warranty replacement, please include a Check for $16 made out to StreamLine for return shipping, (Click Here to pay by card)
If you fail to provide any of the above items, we will not be able to complete the return and the product will be sent back to you.
*Customers returning boxes will not be able to purchase a new box within 30 days of the return.
